Welcome to Pro Moni’s Guesthouse!

We are located in Marina da Gama, near Muizenberg, in Cape Town, very close to the Zandvlei Estuary Nature Reserve and within walking distance of the Park Island bird sanctuary. Pro Moni’s is one of the top rated locations in Muizenberg (refer : booking.com).

Both our air conditioned rooms are provided with free WiFi, and secure parking  as well as a state of the art flat screen TV. Supermarkets such as Pick ‘n’ Pay and Woolworths are conveniently located within walking distance.  The popular Muizenberg beach  where you can relax in one of the many restaurants or go for a surf lesson is a short 2 to 3 minute drive and we are also close to the American Embassy.

Pro Moni's offers two suites:

Mountain View 1  sleeps  up to 4 people.

Mountain View 2 sleeps 2 adults.

All rooms have a kitchenette as well as private access and ensuite bathrooms.

Marina da Gama and Muizenberg surrounds

Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Marina area – pleasurable walks on Park Island – a proud nature reserve of the local residents.

A visit to the revamped Muizenberg beachfront is a must. A surfing hotspot for the not so old. Local restaurants include our favourite Live Bait, and Tigers Milk with both venues overlooking the vibrant sands of Muizenberg.

Further south one finds the historic seaside “village” of St James and the fishing town of Kalk Bay. More seafood restaurants are located in the harbour.

Even further south include the tourist attractions of the Boulders beach penguins and the southern-most tip of the peninsula, Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope.

Golf : Perfect accommodation for a visiting 4-ball

Our two self-catering units can accommodate a visiting 4-ball with four single beds or two king-size beds in the two units easily arranged . Nearby courses include Westlake, Clovelly, Steenberg, King David Mowbray and Rondebosch. Not so far as well include the Stellenbosch, De Zalze, Erinvale, Strand and Somerset West courses. We’ll gladly arrange tee times at these courses if required.

Close by amenities

Across the M5 one finds the Capricorn Shopping Centre which includes  Woolworths, Pick n Pay, Clicks, and the Zone Fitness Centre.
